Our B&B is located in the Spoleto countryside, at the foot of the Martani Mountains, in Umbria. The structure is made of wood, in symbiosis with the surrounding environment. Pick up available from railway station and airport.

All rooms have private bathroom, air conditioning, television and refrigerator. You will have the opportunity to eat a deliciuos breakfast also outside.

Our facility is pet friendly: bring your pet as well, we have also a dog run! You can visit our educational farm and, for the little ones, a play area is available.
